1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Merame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. About Merame

Merame is a professional creative tool designed to help you create cinematic photo sequences through precise anchor-point alignment. The App allows you to import photos, define focal points, apply easing curves, and export high-quality video files. All media processing and data storage happen locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Features

Merame follows a "Freemium" model. Core features are available for free, while Merame Premium unlocks advanced tools:

  • Unlimited Frames & Projects
  • Advanced Easing Curves & Pro Export (4K)
  • Custom Ratios (Social, Cinema, Print)

Subscription Tiers

Premium access is available via Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime (One-time) purchase options. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Processing & Refunds

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription logic and verify receipts. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store. Refunds must be requested through Apple.

4. Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App for personal or professional creative purposes
  • Not attempt to extract the source code or reverse engineer the App
  • Not use the App to process content that violates any laws

5. Content & Data

You retain 100% ownership of the photos you import and the videos you export. Merame does not claim any rights to your creative work. Because Merame uses on-device storage (SwiftData)and no cloud sync, your data is only as safe as your device. Deleting the App results in the permanent loss of all project data.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING PHOTOS OR PROJECTS), OR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
