Welcome to Merame. Your creative work—your photos, sequences, and artistic vision—is personal. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to keeping your data on your device and under your total control.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.Merame is a local-first utility.

• No names, emails, or account registration.
• No tracking of your location or creative habits.
• No third-party analytics (No Google Analytics, No Firebase).
• No server-side storage of your media files.

3. Media and Data Storage

Your projects, photo alignments, and video settings are stored exclusively on your device using SwiftData. When you import photos, Merame processes them locally to align them with your chosen anchor points.

If you delete Merame, all project data is permanently erased from your device. We cannot recover it for you because we never had access to it.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Merame offers Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime premium tiers via Apple's In-App Purchase system. To manage this, we use:

• RevenueCat

  Used to manage subscription status and cross-device restoration. RevenueCat identifies you via an anonymous app-specific ID. No credit card or personal identity information is shared with us or RevenueCat.

• Apple App Store

  All financial transactions are handled by Apple. We never see your payment method or billing details.

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your creative data:

• Delete Projects:You can remove any project at any time within the app.
• App Deletion:Uninstalling the app wipes all local data instantly.
• Manage Subscription:You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Merame does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is safe for all creators as it functions as a private creative utility.
